LHS Cross Country Lettering Criteria

*Athlete attends all practices

Excused absences include: illness, doctor appointment, family obligations, or religious activities (must receive a parent phone call). 

*Athlete competes in all scheduled meets

Exceptions: illness, doctor appointment, family obligations, or religious activities (must receive a parent phone call). 

*Athlete maintains a positive attitude and consistently demonstrates respect to coaches, teammates, and other teams.
